RAILS AND RAIL CLIPS
ALL RAILS (INCLUDING SMARTFLOOR) ARE AVAILABLE IN STANDARD LENGTHS (12 FT) BUT CAN ALSO BE SUPPLIED IN CUSTOM LENGTHS. KOLLER ENGINEERING CAN SUPPLY A VARIETY OF RAIL CLIPS, FROM STANDARD ‘OFF-THE-SHELF’ FORGINGS/CASTINGS, TO KOLLER’S OWN LIGHTWEIGHT, MACHINED ALUMINIUM ALLOY MODELS.
RAILS
STANDARD OR CUSTOM LENGtH RAILS
All rails (including Smartfloor) are available in standard lengths (12 ft) but can also be supplied in custom lengths and a floor covering applied if required.
Rails can be supplied in their natural state or in other finishes, for example anodised black. They can also be customised with required hole positions.
Koller can provide Low Profile Rail recessed into the floor – a safe and simple way to change a vehicle’s seating arrangement.
Koller Surface Rail is another option when it is not possible to fit other types of rail or floor systems.
T Bolt Rail is also available and is the most cost-effective way to change a vehicle’s seating layout where seats only need to be moved occasionally.
RAIL CLIPS
A COMPREHENSIVE RANGE OF RAIL CLIPS
Koller Engineering can supply a variety of rail clips, from standard ‘off-the-shelf’ forgings/castings, to Koller’s own lightweight, machined aluminium alloy models. A variety of finishes and colours can be supplied and used with our load securing straps.
RAIL CLIP 4 STUD – SLOTTED [CODE – KFP0015]
The main body is made from lightweight aircraft grade aluminium alloy for maximum strength. Completed in an anodised ‘non-reflective’ finish. Fits standard rails (tracking).
RAIL CLIP 4 STUD [CODE – KFP0102]
The main body is made from lightweight aluminium alloy for strength and includes a locking plunger. Includes M10 thread to attach various fittings as required. Can be completed in an anodised ‘non-reflective’ finish to order. Fits standard rails (tracking) with 1” (25.4mm) hole centres.

The main body is made from lightweight aluminium alloy and includes a double locking plunger for extra strength. M10 thread is included to attach various fittings as required. Can be completed in an anodised ‘non-reflective’ finish to order. Fits standard rails (tracking) with 1” (25.4mm) hole centres.
